About The Position

Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee for its Advisor Development Program in the centralized segment. This role is designed to guide individuals through obtaining necessary securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and developing foundational advisory skills. Upon licensing, trainees will work as phone-based licensed advisors, providing holistic financial advice and guidance to clients, identifying solutions for investment, savings, and liability management. The program offers a defined path for career growth within Merrill Wealth Management, including opportunities to work with affluent and high net worth clients, develop relationships, and prepare investment recommendations. Successful trainees typically progress to a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role. The program includes comprehensive training, one-on-one coaching, and support from The Academy.

  • Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background check and registration process.
