About The Position

This role is for a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) who will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66). Upon licensing, the candidate will learn foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, assessing financial situations, and providing advice and solutions. The role involves humanizing financial interactions and will transition to working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions. The position includes a development path to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and offers opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by The Academy. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background checks and registration, which are mandatory for mortgage origination activities.

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
  • Spanish speaking
