At Bank of America, the common purpose is to help make financial lives better through responsible growth and by delivering for clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders. The company is committed to an inclusive workplace, attracting and developing talent, supporting teammate wellness, recognizing performance, and making community impact. Bank of America maintains an in-office culture with specific attendance requirements, allowing for flexibility based on role. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), the journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated classes. Upon licensure, the role involves learning foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial pictures, and guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Once key milestones are met, the FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Successful FSA I candidates typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue to grow and deepen client relationships. The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources for career development. This position requires SAFE Act registration, including a background check, and failure to maintain registration may result in termination. The specific financial center location will be based on business needs, potentially starting in a phone-based capacity before moving to a physical location within a reasonable commuting distance.
