As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), the journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) through dedicated classes. Upon licensure, the individual will learn foundational advisor skills, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships, understanding complex financial pictures, and providing advice and solutions. After reaching key milestones, the FSA I will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Successful FSA I individuals typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where they continue to grow client relationships. The Academy provides dedicated programs, tools, and resources for career development. This position requires SAFE Act registration; failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in termination.
