About The Position

The Legacy Foundation at Shell Point is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Support Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for processing bill payments, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, making deposits, and updating QuickBooks. The Financial Services Support Specialist works closely with residents, family members, financial institutions, and professional advisors to ensure financial obligations are met accurately and on time. Additional responsibilities include reviewing account activity, monitoring budgets, assisting with tax-related documentation, maintaining client files, and supporting general office operations.

Requirements

  • Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High degree of patience and professionalism when working with the senior population
  • At least five years of bookkeeping, banking, or similar financial services experience
