About The Position
Plays a critical role in managing and optimizing the organization's financial operations. Analyzes financial data to support strategic decision-making, prepares accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinates timely financial transactions with internal stakeholders. Monitors budgets, supports audit activities, and provides guidance on financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Manages client accounts, investigates and resolves financial discrepancies, and collaborates across departments to streamline financial processes while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining financial integrity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in financial operations, accounting, billing, banking, healthcare finance, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong analytical, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.
- Experience coordinating and processing financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with financial software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
