About The Position

Elevate Credit Union is looking for a full-time Financial Services Specialist to join our Member Support team in Brigham. This position combines exceptional customer service with behind-the-scenes operational support in a professional office environment. The role assists our members through phone and digital service channels while also supporting electronic transactions, online banking services, account research, fraud-related concerns, and daily account processing activities. This is an on-site position based in Brigham and is not remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and support to members
  • Perform detailed operational and account-related work accurately and efficiently
  • Balance customer service, accuracy, confidentiality, and security in daily work
  • Manage a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities throughout the day
  • Use sound judgment and follow established procedures when handling member accounts and transactions
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to support credit union operations
  • Take ownership of problems and help members find solutions
  • Assist members with online and mobile banking questions
  • Help resolve debit/credit card or account concerns
  • Research transaction issues
  • Process account maintenance requests
  • Review fraud alerts or suspicious activity
  • Support daily account and payment processing functions
  • Proactive outreach to members regarding fraud concerns, electronic services, and account-related matters
