Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• You should be a pro with technology, from Microsoft Office to Google Apps like Gmail and Sheets.
• You can speak and write clearly without being overly verbose.
• You maintain stable performance even when things get a little time-pressured or stressful.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor’s degree or a few years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and retaining long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service.
• Handling deposits, verifying endorsements, and processing withdrawals with ninja-like accuracy.
• Using common sense to execute sound decisions and managing branch vault and ATM balances.
• Creating value for clients by matching them with the perfect products and services for their goals.
• Collaborating across the organization to break down silos and uphold our mission.
