About The Position

Have a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll support Fidelity’s customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. Supercharge your early planning and advice career at Fidelity and prepare for a future as the face of our Investor Centers, with paid training to help you obtain licenses and build and solidify skills. You’ll gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning. During your onboarding experience, you’ll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and build a profession in financial services.
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity.
  • Successful completion of all FINRA exams is required.
  • Must be able to obtain SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses.

Responsibilities
