Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and professional experience for every customer who visits the branch
• Accurately process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash transactions
• Build customer relationships by identifying financial needs and connecting customers with products, services, and banking experts who can help
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service solutions, helping them bank with greater convenience and confidence
• Contribute to branch growth through referrals, appointment setting, and customer outreach activities
• Maintain the highest standards of operational excellence, security, compliance, and risk management in every interaction
