About The Position

This role is for a Financial Services Representative where you will support Fidelity’s customers while building a foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. You will receive paid training to obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66), with paid study time, licensing coaches, and structured study plans. Initially, you will work 4 days remotely and 1 day on-site, supporting customers with increasing complexity to strengthen your skills, with dedicated weekly time for development, networking, and training. After completing the program, you will transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role. During onboarding, you will support customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing transactions, identifying resources, and placing trades. After onboarding, you will transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day.
