Fidelity is hiring a Financial Services Representative to support customers while building a foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. The role includes paid training and support to obtain the SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses. Candidates receive paid study time four days a week, licensing coaches, structured study plans, and dedicated support; successful completion of all exams is required. During onboarding, the representative supports Fidelity customers by phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades. The initial schedule is four days working remotely and one day on-site in the Investor Center, with dedicated weekly time for development, networking, and training. After onboarding, the role transitions to working on-site in the Investor Center each day. Depending on business needs, additional time supporting inbound customers remotely may occur before that transition. The representative joins Fidelity’s wealth management development track and builds advanced skills for a career in planning.
