Financial Services Representative (Bilingual)
About The Position
World Finance is seeking an energetic Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll be the face of World Finance, empathizing, empowering, and engaging with customers. The primary responsibility is to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently to maximize growth. This position requires sound lending skills, maximizing potential profits, and following policies for effective account collection. Providing excellent customer service is also essential for marketing the branch and company culture. This role is bilingual, requiring fluency in both English and Spanish.

- A valid driver’s license & access to a dependable vehicle.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish required.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
- Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Process and prepare loan applications.
- Take and process payments.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
- Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
