About The Position
Adams Bank & Trust, a family-owned, regional bank with branches in Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and Arizona, is seeking a Full-Time Financial Services Representative (Universal Banker) for its newest branch in Prescott, AZ. This role offers a supportive, team-focused environment, opportunities for professional growth, competitive pay, and benefits. The Financial Services Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers' everyday banking needs and will assist them in identifying products and services to improve their financial well-being. This position combines the duties of a Teller and a Personal Banker.

Nice To Haves
- Sales experience preferred (but not required)
- College degree may be substituted for experience - we'll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and process transactions quickly and accurately
- Balance and maintain your cash drawer daily
- Open and close accounts (checking, savings, CDs, NOW accounts, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
- Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
- Perform basic loan administration as needed
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations
