About The Position

Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll support Fidelity’s customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. Supercharge your early planning and advice career at Fidelity and prepare for a future as the face of our Investor Centers, with paid training to help you obtain licenses and build skills. During your onboarding experience, you’ll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day. Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.

  • Successful completion of all licensing exams (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66)
  • No finance background or college degree required, but a willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades.
  • Obtain FINRA licenses including SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66.
  • Support customers with increasing complexity to strengthen skills.
  • Participate in weekly dedicated time for development, networking, and training.
  • Transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role after completing the program.
  • Potentially spend additional time remotely supporting inbound customers based on business needs before moving to a fully on-site role.
