About The Position
Adams Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Financial Services Representative (Universal Banker) for their Fort Collins Remington branch. This role combines teller and personal banker duties, serving as the primary point of contact for customers' everyday banking needs and assisting them with discovering suitable financial products and services. The bank is family-owned and operates regionally with a focus on Commercial, Ag, and Retail products.

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Sales experience preferred (but not required)
- College degree may be substituted for experience - we'll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and process transactions quickly and accurately
- Balance and maintain your cash drawer daily
- Open and close accounts (checking, savings, CDs, NOW accounts, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
- Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
- Perform basic loan administration as needed
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations
