About The Position

Sentinel Federal Credit Union is hiring a friendly, dependable Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join their team in Rapid City. This role works closely with members to open accounts, assist with loans, and provide financial services that help people reach their goals. This position offers the opportunity to develop lending, account services, and financial counseling skills, making it an excellent next step for candidates looking to grow in the financial industry. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience required
• Financial or lending experience required
• Friendly, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
• Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist members with consumer loans and account services
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts
• Explain loan options, rates, and credit union products
• Provide financial guidance and excellent member service
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies
• Support branch operations and team members
