Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll support Fidelity’s customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. As you prepare for a future as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers, supercharge your early planning and advice career at Fidelity with paid training to help you obtain licenses and build and solidify skills. You’ll gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and will spend time building advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning. During your onboarding experience, you’ll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day.
