About The Position

Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll support Fidelity’s customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. Supercharge your early planning and advice career at Fidelity and prepare for a future as the face of our Investor Centers, with paid training to help you obtain licenses and build skills. During your onboarding experience, you’ll support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day. We provide all the training you need to develop the skills needed to service customers and study for your FINRA licensing exams. You don’t need a finance background or college degree to succeed in this role. Your achievements will be recognized and celebrated as you progress through this career development experience on your way to your first promotion. Requirements

  • Successful completion of all FINRA licensing exams (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66).
