This role is the face of World Finance, requiring empathy, empowerment, and engagement with customers. The primary responsibility is to assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently, maximizing growth. This involves utilizing sound lending skills, maximizing potential profits, and adhering to policies for effective account collection. Providing excellent customer service is also essential for marketing the branch and Company culture. World Finance has been helping customers unlock their financial good since 1962, aiding in overall financial wellness and credit improvement through services like personal loans and tax preparation. Requirements

  • Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer skills.
  • A valid driver’s license & access to a dependable vehicle.
  • Reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
  • Process and prepare loan applications.
  • Take and process payments.
  • Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
  • Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
  • Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
  • Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
  • Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
  • Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
  • Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
