About The Position

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. In this role, you will foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, provide informative and tailored service, and recommend appropriate products and solutions to support their financial success. The position requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. This is a full-time, on-site role where CIBC aims to provide an optimal work environment for you to thrive.

Requirements

Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
Demonstrate 1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.

Nice To Haves

Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan.
Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients value and connect with their communities.
Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with the team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
Become a technology expert and introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help them manage their banking needs.
