About The Position

Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you’ll support Fidelity’s customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. Supercharge your early planning and advice career at Fidelity and prepare for a future as the face of our Investor Centers, with paid training to help you obtain licenses and build skills. You will support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades while working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After completing onboarding, you’ll transition to working on-site in the Investor Center each day.

Responsibilities

Support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades.
Obtain FINRA licenses including SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66.
Support customers with increasing complexity to strengthen skills.
Continue working 4 days remotely and 1 day on-site during the initial phase.
Transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role after completing the program.
Potentially spend additional time remotely supporting inbound customers based on business needs before moving to a fully on-site role.
