About The Position

The FSR position performs member services and support via the telephone. Main responsibilities include opening accounts, establishing IRAs, issuing debit cards, handling member inquiries, wires, and transfers, assisting with home banking and bill pay issues, and cross-selling the credit union's products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent financial institution experience
• Ability to sit at a workstation and be comfortable talking on the telephone for extended periods of time
• Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with tact and professionalism
• Knowledge of basic office functions
• IT skills (maneuvering around Windows, browser-based applications, email)
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Previous credit union experience with XP2 and/or Meridian Link
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
