The Role As a Financial Services Professional, you'll build and grow a client base by delivering personalized financial advice across investments, insurance, and long-term planning. You'll work to understand each client's unique goals and recommend solutions that help them move confidently toward financial security — backed by firm resources, ongoing coaching, and a clear path for professional development.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Quick learner who adapts well to new environments, tools, and situations
  • Life, Accident & Health license to start
  • SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (support provided)
  • US Citizen or permanent resident
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and registrations

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand clients' financial goals, priorities, and risk tolerance
  • Develop and present personalized financial strategies spanning investments, insurance, and planning
  • Recommend appropriate financial products and solutions aligned to each client's long-term objectives
  • Deliver an exceptional, relationship-first client experience at every touchpoint
