About The Position

Our Baltimore-based firm is expanding and seeking motivated career changers to join us as Financial Services Professionals. This commission-based role is ideal for individuals who want to help others improve their financial futures while creating a long-term, relationship-driven career of their own. You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and access to a full suite of financial solutions — including investments and insurance — to support your growth to becoming a fully licensed financial advisor with your own book of business.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and track record of business development or sales experience.
  • Goal-oriented, with the discipline to manage time, prospecting, and follow-through
  • Resilient and coachable, open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with diverse individuals
  • L&H license required at contracting, with Series 7, 66 licenses expected in the first year.
