Requirements

  • Proven success in financial services
  • Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business
  • Ability to network and build client base
  • High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic, consultative financial strategies tailored to the unique needs of affluent individuals, families, and business owners
  • Leverage advanced planning strategies — including estate planning, business succession, and tax-efficient wealth transfer — to provide meaningful differentiation in the marketplace
  • Maintain an active, growing book of business with a focus on life insurance and annuity solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain referral partnerships with CPAs, estate attorneys, and other centers of influence to consistently access high-quality opportunities
  • Partner with internal specialists to deliver sophisticated, comprehensive solutions to complex client situations
  • Position yourself as a trusted financial authority through community engagement, professional networking, and consistent client-first service
  • Take a needs-based, goals-driven approach to every client engagement — putting long-term financial security at the center of every recommendation
  • Utilize a broad product portfolio and advanced planning tools to address wealth accumulation, asset protection, income planning, and legacy goals
  • Build long-term relationships that generate referrals, repeat business, and a reputation for excellence
