Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing (FINRA Sponsorship provided for required licensing).
Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.
Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management.
Ensure consistent communication and progress tracking with clients.
Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies.
Offer clear recommendations and guidance to clients.
Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
