As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you are the front line to our clients and our clients’ clients. This position provides transaction processing services with a customer-focused approach. You will work as part of a team for the purpose of providing proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1 year of financial services or related operations experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, process-driven environment
  • Comfortable managing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet high-volume processing demands and critical deadlines, particularly during peak periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to investment operations, fund accounting, or alternative investments
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic in high-volume processing environments
  • Willingness to learn and grow within financial services operations

Responsibilities

  • Process a high volume of transactions for alternative investment (ALTS) accounts, including purchases, redemptions, transfers, and account updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and validate transaction details to maintain data integrity and minimize risk in a highly controlled environment.
  • Follow established procedures and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support overall operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities to build knowledge across functions and support team flexibility.
