About The Position

Premier Financing is a commercial vehicle finance company focused on delivering financing solutions for businesses across the transportation and trucking industry. We partner with customers, dealerships, and lenders to provide fast, flexible financing options that help keep businesses moving. As a Financial Services Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while driving finance, insurance, and aftermarket product sales. This role is responsible for securing financing approvals, building lender relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from application through funding.

Requirements

• Proven sales and customer relationship skills with a strong focus on ethics and integrity.
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, equipment, or finance and insurance (F&I) operations preferred.
• Ability to analyze credit information, structure deals, and work with multiple lenders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with finance systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• State insurance license or ability to obtain and maintain one, where required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell financing, insurance, service contracts, warranties, and other aftermarket products.
• Structure and submit credit applications to multiple lending sources to obtain approvals and competitive financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and insurance providers.
• Ensure all finance, lease, title, tax, and compliance documentation is accurate and completed timely.
• Educate customers on financing options, products, and dealership services.
• Partner with sales leadership to maximize finance penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Train sales teams on finance programs, lender requirements, and product offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare finance penetration reports, and support departmental goals.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations and policies.
