About The Position

PAG Direct is seeking an experienced Financial Services Manager to join the team at Thornhill Hyundai. This role is for a driven, passionate, and enthusiastic candidate who wants to be part of a fast-paced growing team. The position operates in a state-of-the-art facility with a positive atmosphere geared towards achieving strong F&I numbers as part of the Sales process. The pay plan is structured to achieve $100K+ compensation for an average performer and $150K+ for those who maintain a $1000+ per vehicle average.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract
• Valid OMVIC license
• Experience working in the automotive industry (specifically sales, dealerships, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year of previous F&I Manager experience
• Ability to prioritize and quickly respond to customer requests
• Excellent organizational/time management skills
• Strong persuasive communication skills
• Self driven, like-able, and adaptable
• Computer savvy

Responsibilities

• Communicate with all major lenders
• Submit financing deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
• Process all federal, provincial and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions in a timely efficient matter and reviews all paperwork for correct information, taxes, and fees
