About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring a Financial Protection Associate to work remotely with individuals and families exploring insurance options. You will help clients learn about life, supplemental health, and accident coverage while providing a supportive and professional experience. This position is well suited for motivated professionals who enjoy communication, client interaction, and career development in a performance-based environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Review client needs, priorities, and coverage concerns
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Recommend appropriate products and services
• Follow up with clients in a timely manner
• Maintain organized client records
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
