Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities)
  • Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions
  • Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
  • Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals
