About The Position

Join the Innovations Team — Financial Service Representative (FSR). We are seeking Financial Service Representatives (FSRs) at multiple experience levels (FSR I–III). This is more than a teller job — it’s an opportunity to guide members toward financial success, grow your career, and make a meaningful impact in the community. At Innovations, your role can evolve. Many team members start as FSRs and move into leadership, lending, coaching, or specialized service roles through performance, skill development, and initiative.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine branch tasks

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain deposit, business, and IRA accounts
• Understand member needs and recommend solutions
• Assist with loan applications and basic lending guidance
• FSR III supports coaching within the team
• Accurately process member transactions
• Maintain cash drawer balance and compliance
• Participate in ongoing training
• Contribute to branch goals and promotional campaigns
• Uphold branch standards and service expectations
