About The Position

The Financial Service Representative II plays a crucial role in delivering personalized financial solutions and strengthening member relationships. This role involves assisting members with complex transactions, guiding them through their financial journeys, and proactively promoting products and services. The representative will take the lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence, helping members achieve their financial goals and contributing to the growth of Securityplus.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to make it easy for members to understand complex financial information, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or in writing.
• Ability to create a warm, welcoming environment that fosters trust and builds member loyalty.
• Ability to execute transactions with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Quick to learn and excel at using new knowledge to enhance member experience.
• Skilled in building relationships with genuine empathy and dedication.
• Master of prioritization and efficiency, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven and goal-oriented with self-motivation.
• Solid financial and regulatory awareness, with respect for policies and a commitment to ethical practices.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
• Available to work Saturdays.

• Guide members responsibly, supporting the integrity of the credit union’s operations.
