About The Position
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking team, you will work in a fast-paced Banking Centre to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. This role involves fostering key relationships with clients, understanding their financial and personal goals, providing informative and tailored service, and recommending appropriate products and solutions to support their financial success. The position requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and the ability to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. The role is full-time and on-site.
Requirements
- Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
- 1 year experience in working with clients and achieving sales results.
- Ability to prioritize clients and engage with purpose to find the right solutions.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by accomplishing goals and delivering your best.
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
- Passion for people, finding meaning in relationships, and building trust through respect and authenticity.
- Passion for growing knowledge.

- Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise them on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan.
- Use knowledge of cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
- Engage in marketing and outreach activities to show clients value and connect with their communities.
- Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with the team to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help them better manage their banking needs.
