About The Position

As a Financial Service Representative II/Branch Support based out of the Harlan location, you'll be at the forefront of providing top-notch service to our members. This position will be located at our Harlan location while also providing support to other local C1st locations. Your day-to-day will be filled with engaging tasks. You will greet members with a friendly smile, handle financial transactions accurately, and assist with account inquiries. Your role will involve promoting our various financial products and services, ensuring that our members' needs are met promptly and efficiently. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow as you shadow experienced team members, gaining valuable insights into the world of banking. Your enthusiasm for helping others and your commitment to excellence will be key in providing top-notch service every day.
