The Financial Service Representative II is expected to support growth and retention efforts by acquiring new relationships through a high level of knowledge of KPCU products and building relationships with members, primarily within Member Companies and existing membership. This role involves consistently delivering a high level of service with a consultative approach, assisting members with transaction processing, loans, and new accounts, and following established compliance processes. The FSR II will also support growth objectives by representing the Credit Union at KeyPoint sponsored business and community events and developing long-term relationships. The FSR II is expected to possess a high level of professionalism and knowledge to assist members with complex inquiries, including residential and consumer loan inquiries and booking, Retirement, Fiduciary Accounts, and referrals to Wealth Management and Commercial Banking Divisions. This role involves attending on-site events at Member Companies, contributing to growth, acting as a role model to co-workers by cross-training team members, and recommending process improvements to the Branch Manager. The individual may be required to apply for or renew a notary commission within 30 days.
