About The Position

Jim Pattison Toyota Downtown is seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Financial Services Manager to join our Business Office team. As a Financial Services Manager, you will work closely with customers and the sales team to arrange vehicle financing, present protection products, and ensure all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Financial Services Manager, Business Manager, Finance Manager, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, and F&I products.
• Proven ability to build trust and establish rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with dealership management systems and finance software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to review financing and leasing options tailored to their needs.
• Present and explain finance, insurance, warranty, and vehicle protection products.
• Secure financing approvals through lending institutions and maintain strong lender relationships.
• Ensure all regulatory, legal, and dealership documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with all provincial and federal regulations, dealership policies, and lender requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support vehicle deliveries and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed departmental performance objectives and profitability targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding financing programs, warranties, and protection products.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
