About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Financial Service Consultant to join our branch operations team at Wentzville Walmart. The ideal candidate takes pride in helping others and making an impact, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. No previous banking experience is required; a strong passion for helping people is essential.

Employees work a four-day week on a rotating schedule. The branch is open Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with members and offer them products and services.
• Perform monetary teller transactions.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications.
