Accelerate - Financial Rotational Analyst Program - June 2027 Post Grad Opportunity
About The Position
The Avis Finance Rotational Analyst Program (FRAP) is designed for high-potential, early-career recent graduates. It provides foundational exposure to core pillars in corporate finance within a Global Fortune 500 company. Candidates will start as Financial Analysts and, based on performance, progress through three twelve-month rotations in areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Internal Audit, Transformation, and Treasury. This program aims to build strong practical knowledge and depth of experience. Successful completion of three years and meeting performance goals will lead to an invitation for an interview for a permanent position at Avis Budget Group’s Global Headquarters. The program is designed to provide broad exposure to the organization, build knowledge in core functions and business processes, and develop transferable skills. Program Analysts will be core team members, participating in job shadowing, on-the-job training, formal classroom training, learning and development, project management, relationship management, presentations, networking, and industry exposure. Participants will be prepared for permanent placement in a role where they can make meaningful contributions. They will work with a dedicated Mentor from ABG's senior management and meet regularly with the FRAP Program Board and program sponsors. Each rotation includes a specific project or deliverable presented to senior leaders at the end of the rotation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong team player with a focus towards customer service.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, making good decisions based on business priorities and objectives.
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business IT, Statistics, or related major at an accredited college or university with an expected completion date of Spring 2027.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in an academic, non-academic or other setting.
- Prior internship and/or work experience.
- Willingness to work in Parsippany, NJ.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Alteryx software and AI tools. (Claude/Claude code/etc.)
Responsibilities
- Serve as core members of the team in each division.

- Engage in project management, relationship management, presentations, networking, and industry exposure.
- Work with a dedicated Mentor from ABG's senior management.
- Meet regularly with the FRAP Program Board and have opportunities to meet with senior leaders who sponsor the program.
- Complete a specific project/deliverable during each 12-month rotation, presented to senior leaders at the end of the rotation.
