About The Position
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Financial Representatives. This is an entry-level opportunity where you will be trained to help individuals and families with basic financial needs, including budgeting, insurance, and long-term planning.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Comfortable working with people
- LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) and/or IFIC license required, or willingness to obtain
- No prior experience required (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with financial education and planning
- Provide guidance on insurance and savings strategies
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
