As a Financial Representative, you make a key impact on the branch atmosphere, as the official face of Fidelity. Through integrity and honesty, you will inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships with Fidelity. It is our mission for the Financial Representative to have rewarding interactions with clients. As a subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions, you will partner and contribute to branch success by finding opportunities to deepen relationships. You will provide daily support to Fidelity’s most valued clients, delivering an exceptional experience that strengthens client relationships. By proactively identifying opportunities and making effective introductions, you will play a direct role in driving the success and growth of the branch. Your contributions will be recognized and appreciated by clients, making your work both impactful and rewarding.
Requirements
- Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success in this role
- Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
- The ability to assess client needs and find opportunities
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Embraces feedback, fosters collaboration, and approaches challenges with curiosity
- Must obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
Nice To Haves
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
