About The Position

The Financial Reporting Specialist provides reporting for national and/or regional vending and office coffee clients. This position is responsible for the maintenance of sites, machines, and commission rates so that client reporting is accurate and in compliance with contracts, in addition to completing ad-hoc analysis requests.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency required plus 5 years’ experience or college degree plus two years’ experience.
Must successfully complete department orientation and any pre/post-employment testing.
Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Analyzes and organizes operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivables / accounts payable
Maximizes productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
