Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in technical accounting and/or financial reporting
- Prior public accounting experience at a Big 4 or national accounting firm
- Active or inactive CPA license from any U.S. state
- Experience working with SEC registrants/public companies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Experience using Workiva preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical accounting analyses and memorandums in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Maintain and support the Company’s significant accounting policies.
- Research, document, and present technical accounting conclusions and related accounting positions.
- Partner with the Director of Corporate Accounting to ensure technical accounting conclusions and significant accounting policies are accurately reflected in financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and related footnote disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Monitor and evaluate new and proposed accounting standards issued by the SEC and FASB to assess potential impacts on the Company’s financial reporting.
