About The Position

Addepar is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our FP&A Team! You will build and own key reporting areas to help the company measure and guide improved business execution. You will help build reports and models in Pigment. Your reporting will help guide our partners across the business to achieve company goals. We are a young, flexible and innovative company. Requirements

Numbers and outcome oriented mindset
Have working experience with Financial reporting tools like Pigment, Adaptive, or Anaplan
High attention to detail with a focus of understanding what is behind a number.
Seek out precision in models but know when to cut the significant digits
At least 2-3 years of experience in a financial analyst, consulting or investment banking role
Proven expertise with Excel/Sheets; Helpful to know SQL, Looker/BI data.
Ability to develop and manage financial models independently
Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization, from clerical staff to executives, and manage relationships with external parties
Applicants must be based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, or Ontario.
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the close process and related reporting, including, but not limited to prepaid analysis and vendor cost reviews
Design, automate, and optimize flexible financial planning models, systems & processes to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business
Build dashboards and variance / operational reviews
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and optimize ROI
