The primary function of this role is to generate revenue for the branch by actively establishing a center of influence as a referral base and participating in community events. The officer will grow and expand the existing customer base through partner referrals and new customer acquisition by conducting effective needs assessments and recommending appropriate financial services products. This role involves meeting with current and potential customers to discuss their financial requirements, selling suitable consumer and commercial financial services products, and developing/expanding account relationships. It also includes conducting needs assessments for insurance products and services, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and referring customers to other sales representatives as appropriate. The role requires maintaining superior customer service to promote products and expand relationships, exceeding customer expectations in accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism.
