About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Relationship Advisor in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors. In this digital client relationship role, you will support prospective and existing clients from a corporate office environment, helping them access investment guidance, financial solutions, and relationship-based support through Wells Fargo Advisors. The role is divided into two main areas: Growth Team, which supports new investment clients as they begin their relationship with Wells Fargo by helping them explore investment solutions, open accounts, and determine the best path forward through digital and advisory offerings; and Core Team, which provides ongoing relationship management for existing investment clients by building long-term relationships through proactive outreach, personalized guidance, and continuous support of clients' financial goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Client Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
  • Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
  • Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory.
  • Specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply.
  • Meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
  • Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
  • Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients and provide financial advice and counsel consistent with client goals, risk tolerance, and investment needs, with a focus on prospective and existing Wells Fargo clients in a digital, corporate-office environment.
  • Partner with internal teams to support referred clients, digital investment relationships, portfolio review opportunities, and product or platform alignment.
  • Build and grow relationships with existing and referred clients through proactive outreach, investment conversations, service support, and relationship management.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
  • Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Interact with internal and external customers while delivering professional, client-focused experience.
