About The Position
Families reach out to us because they want help protecting their income and their future for the people who depend on them. Your job is to be the person who helps them figure out how to actually do that. No Cold Calling, Ever Every conversation you have starts because someone requested information — they're not being interrupted, they asked for this. That distinction matters, because it changes the entire nature of the call: you're not overcoming resistance to the topic, you're helping someone who already cares work through their options. You'll spend your day on the phone and on Zoom with families discussing their financial protection needs — things like life insurance coverage that ensures a mortgage gets paid or income continues if something happens to a breadwinner. You'll use our network of 60+ insurance carriers to find coverage that genuinely fits each family's specific situation, rather than pushing a generic policy regardless of what they actually need.
Requirements
- U.S. residency
- Ability to pass a background check
- A Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one quickly
Responsibilities
- Discuss families' financial protection needs over the phone and Zoom.
- Find coverage that genuinely fits each family's specific situation using a network of 60+ insurance carriers.
- Close policies once a family has decided what they want.
