Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual client consultations through Zoom and phone appointments
- Understand each client's unique goals and financial priorities
- Present personalized financial protection and supplemental benefit solutions
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules
- Provide ongoing support and relationship management
- Participate in continuous training, mentorship, and professional development
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team dedicated to client success
