This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer‑focused service during our core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in client engagement, sales, and financial services
  • Active FINRA licenses, including Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 (or equivalent)
  • Life Insurance licenses
  • Six to eight years of proven sales experience, with a track record of building relationships, driving results, and delivering value in a client‑focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively connect with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely support and guidance
  • Serve as a single point of contact, coordinating Equitable’s full range of resources to address client needs efficiently and effectively
  • Act as a trusted resource to answer questions about existing products, reinforce client confidence, and validate investment decisions
  • Identify new opportunities in partnership with clients as their financial goals, priorities, and life circumstances evolve
  • Assist clients with initiating and completing transactions, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Professionals to support client relationships and enhance overall service delivery
